Miles for Marc Charity Golf Outing
It all started when…
On October 13, 2016 we hosted our first annual Miles for Marc golf outing. 25 teams and 100 participants played at Paxon Hollow Golf Club. Our first ever golf outing and subsequent beef and beer raised $13,342.88 to fight lung cancer!
Since then we have continued to host around mid-October (the anniversary of Marc’s diagnosis falls then) at Chester Valley Golf Club. Funds raised during the annual event go to support our Assist M.E. Initiative.
On October 13, 2022 we hosted a wet Sixth annual Miles for Marc golf outing. Another sell-out event! We lost a few golfers due to the rain (no judgment here!) but that didn’t stop us from a new record. $30,065.08 raised!
On October 14, 2021 we hosted our Fifth annual Miles for Marc golf outing. 32 teams and 128 participants played. Our golf outing and subsequent beef and beer raised $25,335.43
Due to the Global COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 annual golf outing was cancelled.
On October 17, 2019 we hosted our FOREth annual Miles for Marc golf outing. 31 teams and 124 participants played. Our golf outing and subsequent beef and beer raised $21,005.62!
On October 2018 we hosted our third annual Miles for Marc golf outing. 30 teams and 119 participants played. Our golf outing and subsequent beef and beer raised $20,207.70!
On October 19, 2017 we hosted our second annual Miles for Marc golf outing. 33 teams and 132 participants played. Our golf outing and subsequent beef and beer raised $22,418.07!
On October 13, 2016 we hosted our first annual Miles for Marc golf Outing. Our golf outing and subsequent beef and beer raised $13,077.88!
